The noblewoman revealed to Roy her identity as Guinivere, the princess of Bern and younger sister of King Zephiel. Roy challenged the Bern unit stationed at the castle and its master Ruud and won, rescuing the noblewoman. During this meeting, he was approached by Elen, who implored him to save her mistress from captivity in the nearby Bern fortress.
