Select all ready-made / drawing shapes in document I am using Office 2016 on a Surface 3 LTE with the newer Surface Pen. You can select a pre-determined line by clicking one of the straight line icons or select the 'freeform line' by clicking on the squiggly line icon on the far-right under the 'Lines' heading. There is not an easy way for you to quickly select all shapes in the document, but with Kutools for Word’s Select Shapes utility, you can quickly select all shapes in the document with one click.
